Getting vaccinated continues to be the most powerful way to reduce your risk of suffering severe complications – including death – from a COVID-19 infection. Open Door is offering Pfizer and Moderna vaccinations at all our sites by appointment only.

Will I be able to get vaccinated if I'm uninsured or underinsured?

Yes. Open Door believes that people deserve care regardless of their ability to pay. High costs should never be a barrier to good health. We offer a sliding fee scale for all patients with or without health insurance. Our sliding fee discount program is based on an individual’s income and family size.

How to Get Tested

If you would like to get screened for COVID-19 and are not experiencing symptoms, consider an at-home self-test. Even if you have no symptoms, it is recommended that you have a self-test before and after travel or if you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19.

If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, have possibly been exposed, or need testing prior to a medical procedure, please contact us. Open Door currently offers same-day appointments and walk-ins for COVID-19 vaccination are welcome.
